Weichert Realtors Towne Center 3rd Anniversary Party

Weichert, Realtors - Towne Center celebrated it's 3rd Anniversary with family, friends, clients & business partners on November 9, 2005.


The celebration was held at the Lesner Inn in Virginia Beach.


Salsa Y Mas, Virginia Beach's premier Salsa band provided entertainment for the evening.




Guests enjoyed the Salsa style foods and the atmosphere at the Lesner Inn, both inside and out.

2004 Year End Awards Luncheon

The Awards Luncheon was held at the newly renovated Lesner Inn Catering Club on March 10, 2005.


It was announced that the WRTC Hampton Roads office had earned the number 6 ranking in sales volume for the year, among the 130 franchised offices in 16 states.


WREA Director of Sales & Management Development, Mark Hanna, traveled from New Jersey headquarters to assist owner, Bill Crespo, in making the award presentations.


Realtor Cindy Adams was named as Top "Rookie" Sales Associate for 2004 as well as being named to the "WREA Executive's Club" for 30 award units in 2004.


Paula Spartz-Sanders and Vicky Vega were also Executive's Club inductees, among only 107 agents system-wide.


Julie Guth took a major step up from the Council's Rookie of the Year in 2003 to the 49-member "Ambassador's Club" with 45 award units.


Additional office awards were presented as well and included an Outstanding Performance award for Alex & Linda De La Zerda.


Although she was unable to attend the event, Sharon Lathrop took top honors with five awards - as Top Listing and Top Selling Associate in Gross Closed Income, and again, in the Units caegory, followed by Top Overall Sales Associate for the year.


Congratulations to all our award winners! We're well on our way to a spectacular showing in 2005.


Second Anniversary Party

Bill Crespo, owner of the Hampton Roads-based WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Towne Center, was joined by his staff in hosting a grand celebration of the company’s second anniversary. The Town Center City Club, the elegant dining club located in the new Towne Center of Virginia Beach, was the site of a gala invitational event for friends, family, clients, dignitaries and fellow business people from throughout the community.




Les Shoaf, VP of Operations for WREA, Inc. came in from the Weichert Corporate offices to help celebrate.
